Her foothold has recently strengthened in advanced AI technology and advanced artificial intelligence laboratories, enhancing a reputation in staying at the top of the curve.
At the head of the CEO and founder Sven Long, who sharpened his data -based spirit with the management of large paid media budgets as the founder of the Branali online retail stores. And he confirms that strong and long -term growth depends on the installed and calm media strategies.
What is the inspiration behind Greenpark?
I wanted to revolutionize the spread of brands of brands and institutions. I have previously managed to manage a large paid media budget as an online fashion retail founder, Branali, so I saw directly how gained and well -owned media strategies were more effective in achieving long -term growth.
Greenpark has started to present other brands a comprehensive approach that integrates SEO, technology, content and digital public relations to build the brand vision and its size effectively. I also wanted to be independent, without external financing, so I could control the long -term work.
I am proud to say that we are now working on 40 markets and serve multinationals like Nestlé and Sanofi.
Who are you like?
I have great admiration for Mr. Martin Surrell. His ability to continue to build successful works at this stage of his career, driven with a real passion for growth instead of profit only, hesitates with me.
His modern projects embody innovative thinking and rapid scaling, which I find incredibly inspiring. I share his commitment to enabling teams and enhance a cooperative environment-I think this is necessary for long-term success.
He has also been able to re -invent itself after setbacks and continue to innovate with the change of landscapes in the industry. It allows you to maintain entrepreneurship in the business field to be flexible and adaptive despite the changes and liked you a lot.
If we look back, are there anything you would do differently?
The main mystery is early recruitment practices. As a creative leader, my enthusiasm prevented me from doing comprehensive due care, which led to costly employment errors. My advice to ambitious entrepreneurs is carefully examining the candidates, especially for the main jobs.
The presence of the right people in the main roles enables previous strategic planning so that they are not stuck in daily herbs. I find that the founders often become involved in daily operations, in an attempt to manage every aspect of work, and this can quickly become an obstacle to growth. Renting the right people so that you can back down and become an engineer vision instead.
What determines your way of doing business?
Greenpark distinguishes itself as a boutique that focuses on providing global -level digital services to multinational adult customers. We are known by our customers to raise the results of the work through an amazing content that loves both people and algorithms. We are particularly known in the industry for our innovative approach to find everything for marketing and social marketing.
Our unique model includes building an internal teams working on the artificial intelligence of customers, and ensuring closely dedicated experts with their goals-everything related to injecting performance in owned and acquired media strategies. Our graceful and cunning approach to technology enhances strong partnerships and provides measurable value.
Securing a large contract from Unilever in our first days (after improving our business model) is a testimony to that. Unilever realized our capabilities and gave us a project in millions of pounds that leads growth for several years, which led to the validity of our approach. We have not seen back since then.
What advice do you give to someone begins?
My higher advice for new businessmen is to focus on market capabilities first. Many startups fail despite great financing because they lack sustainable growth strategies. The presence of these in place from the beginning while being smart enables you to adapt to the changing needs in addition to taking advantage of opportunities.
It is also important to determine the priorities and development of a strong basis before searching for quick returns. This requires a commitment to sponsoring talent and building infrastructure to ensure that your team will flourish and contribute to your mission.
I would like to advise anyone who begins to be independent of as long as possible, even if that means doing things slower. This allows you to develop a long -term vision and create value at work.
