Israeli cloud security company Visible She revealed for the first time that she plans a new university campus in the heart of Tel Aviv. The campus is currently being built in the Sarona area on Arbana Street, behind the BSR buildings.
“Globes” has learned that Wiz has rented all the five floors of the building, which was designed by the developer Roy Gil, the owner of the Beit Sayag Sarona collection. Wiz, which will be the only tenant in the building, is responsible for the interior design. The cost of the lease, according to the information received by “Globes”, is estimated at tens of millions of dollars.
“Globes” has also learned that the building, which includes 5500 square meters, is expected to be occupied by Wiz employees between July and September this year. According to the company's sources, the choice of the site stems from the desire to be offices in an area is a business and technology center, with access to public transportation and a set of entertainment options and eating for employees.
The offices building will be designed in a contemporary style, with the Zolmal Mahfouz building will serve as the main entrance and will include guest rooms and interview rooms. The saved building, part of the historical architecture of Sarona, will be combined into the modern complex in a way that preserves its cultural value, according to the company. The project is managed by Guy Arnon and Liron Horshi, Wiz VP Global People Experience.
“Globes” learned that the building will include a restaurant floor, with a kitchen that will run the R2M R2M group. The restaurant space is designed with advanced multimedia systems so that it can also be used as an event space and a host professional conference.
The campus will have a wide range of facilities, including the gym, a Polish gel and hair services, a professional photo studio, a podcast room with custom sound, and more. The roof of the building, which is part of the preservation, will be used for events and shows, and an outdoor kitchen will be built there. In addition, the complex will display an art collection sponsored by the Amon Yariv from Gordon Gallery. Wiz explains that this is not only about decorating offices, and that the goal is to create an inspiration environment, as well as rapid support for Israeli art.
