After years of delay, construction has resumed several months ago at the 47 -room SARona Hotel in Tel Aviv. “Every valid building permit in accordance with the law and regulations. In the relevant project, there are many construction permits that were issued, which are legally valid,” said Tel Aviv Municipality with regard to delay and the possibility of imposing sanctions on the company.

The municipality, or any other body, has any legal option to accelerate the construction on construction sites, but only to impose inconvenience if there are deviations from the provisions of the plays and the municipality.”
